I emailed some of the hotels and travel cafes in Hanoi to enquire about the Ha Long Bay tour. To my surprise, most of them replied to me very fast, and most of them replied indeed. Seem like Viet Nam is linked quite well technologically with the world. Will post what they offer me later.
